Michael Oliver is a seasoned professional with extensive skills in leadership, strategic planning, business analysis and design, financial accounting and management, coaching, and teaching. With 26 years of military leadership roles under his belt, he has honed his ability to guide and inspire teams under the most challenging circumstances. His business acumen is further enriched by his experiences in C-Suite coaching, advising international organizations, and providing international leadership coaching.
Beyond his professional endeavors, he is passionate about lawn care and gardening, finding peace and satisfaction in nurturing green spaces. He also enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing diverse cultures. At home, he shares his life with his domestic partner, Danna Owen, and their beloved Labradoodle, Murphy, who brings joy and companionship to their daily lives.

Danna Owen is a highly skilled professional with a robust portfolio of certifications, including an MS in Restorative Practices (conflict resolution), Digital Bookkeeper Association, QBO ProAdvisor, DISC & Motivators Train-the-Trainer certification, and CORE Communication Facilitator. Her extensive expertise spans over 25 years in real estate acquisition and asset management, both within and outside of trusts. Her proficiency includes lease negotiation, remodels and new construction, private and retail mortgage lending, and HOA board management for large projects.
Danna Owen business acumen is further demonstrated through her experience as a construction equipment rental and sales business owner, as well as her role in office management and business development for a dental practice. These diverse experiences have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of various industries and the ability to adapt and excel in different business environments.
Passionate about gardening, fishing, and travel, She finds joy in nurturing plants, spending time outdoors, and exploring new destinations.
